General Shipping

  • Orders ship within 2-5 business days.
  • Our warehouse is located in Atlanta, GA, so delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
  • We do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible, but please bear with us in case of delays caused by high order volumes!
  • While delays are rare, unforeseen carrier issues—such as delayed pickups—may occasionally affect your delivery time.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS Ground.

Returns

  • We want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day risk-free money-back policy.
  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may receive a refund for your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • To reach us for a refund, please contact us at support@vibecub.fun and we will take care of you as soon as possible!
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
    • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you’d like to swap your item due to reasons such as damages upon delivery, issues with the installation tape, or anything else,  please ensure the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost on exchange items, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process the exchange and ship your replacement item promptly.
  • To request an exchange, please contact our support team at support@vibecub.fun.

 

Sale items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
